Break Lease:
If you want to move out and you are in a lease you must notify Jennifer Martin ASAP in writing. You must find a suitable approved tenant to take over your lease and you will be required to pay any fees associated with leasing to the new tenant except the application fee- they will pay. If you are breaking your lease please notify the office as soon as you know to advoid veing sent to collections.
Extend Lease:
Please call or email Jennifer Martin at least a week prior to the expiration of your lease adn she will preare a lease extension which you will need to sign and renew your clickcers with the HOA.
Drop off keys- Move Out Procedures:
On the last day of your tenancy please drop off all clickers, keys, cards and access devices and sign a key release. Please make sure we have your forwarding address to mail your security deposit to you.
Pick Up Keys: Move in Prodecures:
Please pick up your keys at your scheduled appointment at our office located at 626 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, Nv 89101. You will be there about 30 minutes to sign the lease, pay the rents and get your copies. If you need to move furniture and are moving into a community with an HOA you may need to make an appointment with the HOA to move in. Please speak with Jennifer to coordinate.
