• We are a GREEN office and saving trees and the environment is important to us. Our online application is completely filled out online and processed without having to print. Please think about that when you print.
• We accept all  major credit cards online, checks and automatic payments. We can bill for corporate rentals to your HR department.
• All furnished units, can be leased with power, gas, cable, Internet all included and we can even provide maid services. Custom made to your needs. Please email or call the office with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.
• Quick move ins- usually the same or next day available in some cases. We do prefer at least 3 business days- but in the event you need a property quickly we can usually accommodate that.
• All of our properties are pre -screened for foreclosure and notice of defaults. In the event you are already living in a property that receives a notice of default we will relocate you at that owners cost.
• We have high rise condos- low rise condos- mid rise condos- fully furnished condos, single family homes, gated communities, guard gated communities, communities with privacy, swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, squash courts, underground parking, valet parking, and covered parking.
• Our units range in price depending on location, sq footage and amenities, but unfurnished start at 800 per month.
• We have relaxed credit guidelines for those with foreclosure or short sales reported on credits and we are usually able to move in tenants without credit being a factor.
